I live on Kootenay Lake and have for several years now, only recently have I discovered the amount of day users on our beach that kayak. Some days there would be only one or two and other days there would be 10 or 12. I was very envious. I borrowed a Necky kayak from a friend knowing instantly that I would love it. The very first time I ever sat or paddled in one I was gone for almost two hours. I was hooked!

Suggestions as to what equipment or posture to prevent a sore coccyx area while kayaking? I do not have the same problem in a canoe with a web seat as I have in a kayak.
