Hey everybody,    I bought me and my wife our first kayaks this weekend and neither of us have ever done it.  I live in Coastal GA and we live along the Ogeechee River so there is plenty of places to go however my first experience didn't go so well.  I launched today by myself in a pretty fast flowing current, now I know this was foolish but I couldn't help getting in the water.  I managed to go upstream about 100 feet before my strong paddling got me nowhere, I ended up floating back to the…See More
