"Island Packers in Ventura (805) 642-1393 will allow you to take your kayak (based on availability) for a nominal fee. They run to Anacapa, Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa, San Miguel and Santa Barbara islands. All permit camping of some sort. See:…"
