Went out to Channel Islands over 4th of July weekend. What a great trip. I'd recommend it to anyone even coming near California. The weather was great and the water conditions were absolutely perfect. Had totally flat water in the morning and then some regular swells towards the afternoon. Nothing to really worry about - even in my "bath tub" as the tour guides called it. One thing I can't understand though is how folks can come over for just a few hours - I'm thinking I need a few days. …See More
