Using Alaska ShoreZone to research kayaking trips in Alaska

Restoring flattened fiberglass hull

I just purchased a fiberglass Seda Glider that seems to be in very good condition except for a flattened section under the cockpit--I had much the same phenomenon when I tied my plastic Gypsy too firmly to my roof-rack on a very hot day.  Is there any way to re-round it?  I'm afraid to use my heat gun on the area for fear of ruining the whole kayak.See More
