Buy a regular 5 gallon bucket with a cover from a home improvement store next to you, use a bit size 3/16 and start drilling hole all over the bucket including the bottom too. Add a total of 4 Nylon Eyelets with rivet using rivet gun at the top of the bucket, connect them with bungee cords and run them through the top cover to secure the bucket while in the water.
